We have been in business since 2015 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the last 8 years we have been active members of the NAR (National Association of Realtors) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Originally from Ohio, they moved their 3 children to the sunny, vibrant life of FL in 2013. They have been entrepreneurs since 2000. Jason and Jen are not only the owners but they are also investors. With ownership in over 40 properties and a hotel, they understand the needs of landlords. They are also in the top 1% of real estate teams in the country and are currently the Tampa hosts of the Emmy-nominated TV, show American Dream! You can catch them on CNBC, FOX, ABC, CBS, and the CW.
