Originally from Ohio, they moved their 3 children to the sunny, vibrant life of FL in 2013. They have been entrepreneurs since 2000. Jason and Jen are not only the owners but they are also investors. With ownership in over 40 properties and a hotel, they understand the needs of landlords. They are also in the top 1% of real estate teams in the country and are currently the Tampa hosts of the Emmy-nominated TV, show American Dream! Moving from Buffalo to Tampa, I never thought this would be the path I would take but I'm ecstatic I did. Starting real estate 2 years ago gave me the confidence I needed in finding a career I truly loved. Since then, I found my second passion, short term property management.
